Pakos Fresh Mex Taqueria Y Pupuseria is now open at 611 Hungerford Dr in Rockville, in the strip mall located behind Popeyes.
The menu includes a variety of items made with Birria, such as Nachos, Pizza, Philly Cheesesteaks, Ramen, and Tacos. Birria is beef that has been slow-cooked or braised and is served with a side of the cooking broth, known as “consomé,” for dipping.
Additional items on the menu include Burritos, Dirty Fries (topped with cheese, beans, pico de gallo, and chipotle sauce), Loaded Tater Tots, Pupusas, Tacos, and Quesadillas.
This is the first Pako’s Fresh location in Maryland, joining its other restaurants in Alexandria and Woodbridge, VA.
