Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – Special Victims Investigations Division (SVID) are asking for the public’s assistance in locating Justin Higgs a missing 13-year-old from Montgomery Village.
Higgs was last seen on Wednesday, July 10, 2024, at approximately 7:40 p.m., in the 19500 block of Gallatin Court in Montgomery Village. He is 5-feet, 8-inches tall., brown eyes, and red hair.
