Kajiken offers mazesoba, or abura soba, which is a brothless ramen that allows you to choose your own flavor add-ons and sauce combinations. Customers can choose from classic ramen with a broth base, abura soba, and donburi, which is a small portion of meat of your choice served over a bowl of rice. You can go with traditional Japanese flavors or even carbonara for your ramen.
The event will feature Rock-Paper-Scissors games with staff, offering a chance to win an exclusive Kajiken tote bag. The tote bags are limited to 10 per day from July 13 to July 17, while supplies last. Kajiken is open daily for lunch: 11 AM – 3 PM and dinner: 5 PM – 10 PM.
