Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – Special Victims Investigations Division (SVID) are asking for the public’s assistance in locating Diana Briceyda Portillo-Lopez, a missing 15-year-old.
Portillo-Lopez was last seen on Sunday July 14, 2024, at approximately 4:30 p.m., in the 12000 block of Bluhill Road in Wheaton. She is 5-feet, 7-inches tall, 150 lbs, with long black hair and brown eyes.
