Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Services (MCFRS) responded to the 1500blk of Grandin Ave, off Broadwood Dr in Rockville on Wednesday for the report of a house fire.
According to MCFRS Spokesperson Pete Piringer on Thursday morning, the fire started on an entertainment center with several potential ignition sources, including a television, VCR, cable box, and router. The fire was ruled accidental, but the specific appliance that caused it could not be determined.
Update – Grandin Av, 1st floor, fire originated on entertainment center (several competent/possible ignition sources, including television, VCR, cable box lifeline router).
