According to Chief Spokesperson for Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Services (MCFRS) Pete Piringer, approximately 55 firefighters responded to a house fire in the 11400 block of Neelsville Church Rd in Germantown on Friday morning.
A family of five has been displaced, including three adults and two children. Additionally, two cats are unaccounted for. Damage is estimate to be $100,000.
There were no working smoke alarms in the home. We will provide an update if additional information becomes available.
