Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Services (MCFRS) responded to the 19800blk of Century Blvd. near Town Commons Dr in Germantown for the report of a collision.
According to Chief Spokesperson for MCFRS Pete Piringer, a driver drove over the curb/guardrail and was suspended off an elevated retaining wall, approximately 8 feet high. Two patients were transported with non-life threatening injuries.
