The Montgomery County Police Department (MCPD) is investigating a fatal, single-vehicle collision that occurred late Saturday afternoon in White Oak.
According to MCPD, “At approximately 5:52 p.m., 3rd District officers and Montgomery County Fire Rescue personnel responded to the area of Lockwood Drive and Columbia Pike for the report of a single vehicle collision involving a motorcycle.
The adult male motorcyclist was pronounced dead at the scene.
The Montgomery County Department of Police – Collision Reconstruction Unit is investigating this collision. More information will be released when it is available, including the name of the deceased following proper notification of next of kin.”
