UPDATE: Sung Kun Chang has been located safe and unharmed.
Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – 6th District Investigative Section are asking for the public’s assistance in locating Sung Kun Chang, a missing 59-year-old from Virginia.
Chang was last seen on Tuesday, August 20, 2024, at approximately 5:30 p.m., in the 8900 block of Shady Grove Ct. in Gaithersburg. He is 5-feet, 7-inches tall, 140 Ibs., black and grey hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a blue shirt and blue pants.
He may be driving a white 2017 Acura RDX bearing Virginia registration plates UKD8997
Maryland State Police have issued a Silver Alert.
