Elias Taqueria food truck will hold its grand opening on Saturday, August 24.
The truck/stand is located at 9426 Stewartown Rd in Gaithersburg and its menu includes Birria, Steak, Chorizo, Chicken, and Al Pastor Tacos and Gorditas. Elias Taqueria is open Monday through Saturday 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM and Sunday 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
According to Elias Taqueria, “Our taco stand is owned by Marcial Arias, an immigrant who has called Maryland home for over 30 years. Alongside his work as a contractor for a well-established company in the Maryland/DC area, Marcial has always had a passion for food. Together with his son, Richard Arias, who helps keep the business running smoothly, they’ve created a place where the community can come together to enjoy great food.
Inspired by the rich flavors and authentic taste of Mexican cuisine, we decided to bring a piece of that to Montgomery Village and the surrounding areas. After learning and perfecting traditional recipes, we opened our taco stand with the goal of creating a space that feels like home. When you dine with us, we want you to feel like you’re enjoying a meal in your own backyard, filled with love and flavor.”
