Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Services (MCFRS) responded to a tractor trailer for on the inner loop of I-495 between Connecticut Ave and Georgia Ave on Friday morning.
According to MCFRS Spokesperson David Pazos, “Dispatch occurred at 11:43am for a tractor trailer on fire. The fire has been extinguished, and no extension occurred to the cargo. InnerLoop 495 between Conn and Georgia still closed. Delays are expected as the tractor will have to be towed from the scene.”
