Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – Special Victims Investigations Division (SVID) are asking for the public’s assistance in locating Kinsley Olmstead, a missing 14-year-old from Montgomery Village.
Olmstead was last seen on Saturday, September 21, 2024, in the area of Lakeforest Transit Center, at the intersection of Lost Knife Road & Odendhal Avenue in Gaithersburg. She is 5-feet, 8-inches tall, with dark brown hair, brown eyes, and both nostrils pierced. She was last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, gray jogger sweatpants, and black Crocs.
