UPDATE: Tylasia Russell has been located safe and unharmed.
Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – 5th District Investigative Section are asking for the public’s assistance in locating Tylasia Claudia Russell.
Russell was last seen on Monday, September 23, 2024 at 2:45 p.m. in the 19700 block of Germantown Road. She is 5-feet, 162 lbs., wearing a dark gray hooded jacket, multi-color tank top, blue sweatpants, tan flip flops and glasses
