8:54 Update by MCPD: “This collision is being investigated as a fatality. The driver of the striking vehicle remained on scene. Roads are closed north and southbound Rockville Pike at Tuckerman Lane. Please seek an alternate route.”
Rockville Pike (MD 355) is closed in both directions at Tuckerman Ln in North Bethesda on Saturday night due to a collision.
Montgomery County Police issued that following at 7:45pm: “TRAFFIC ADVISORY: A collision has northbound and southbound Rockville Pike at Tuckerman Lane shut down. Drivers should seek an alternate route and expect delays.”
