The Montgomery County Police Department (MCPD) has issued an alert regarding an emergency response team currently managing a situation involving a barricaded individual near Layhill.
At 8:20 PM, MCPD stated: “MCPD is on the scene of an ERT with a lone barricaded person in the 14800 block of Melfordshire Way. The scene is secure, and there is no threat to the community. More information will be released as it becomes available.”
