Streetwear and sportwear retailer DTLR is now open at Ellsworth Place in Downtown Silver Spring.
Founded in 1982 as Downtown Locker Room, DTLR currently operates over 245 stores in 19 states and has an additional Montgomery County location at Westfield Wheaton Mall.
