Chef Ngee Kitchen Jollof Rice Drive Thru is coming soon to 18523 N. Frederick Ave. in the Gaithersburg S.C. shopping center.
Chef Ngee will be located below the All African Food Store, in the space that was previously occupied by a bank. According to a representative at the location, the restaurant is scheduled to open in January, 2025.
Jollof rice is a popular West African dish made with long-grain rice, tomatoes, chilies, onions, and spices.
Gaithersburg S.C. is home to Bruster’s Ice Cream, Corner Pizza, and Pho Nom Nom. The shopping center was also once home to Hechinger, the hardware store that once had over 130 locations in the Mid-Atlantic. We will prove an update on Chef Ngee Kitchen when an opening date is announced.
