Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – 3rd District Investigative Section are asking for the public’s assistance in locating Tylasia Claudia Russell, a missing 24-year-old.
Russell was last seen on Thursday, December 26, 2024, at approximately 10:00 a.m., in the 1500 block of Forest Glen Road in Silver Spring. She 5-feet tall, with brown eyes, black hair, and was last seen wearing black framed eyeglasses, black and red colored pajama pants.
