Signature Dish, a television program on WETA PBS that discovers and reveals the standout dishes at a wide array of the region’s best restaurants, will feature four Montgomery County restaurants on its upcoming 3rd season.
Host Seth Tillman explores the DMV’s culinary scene by taste-testing signature dishes at local restaurants while delving into their backstories, neighborhoods, and the people behind the food. Upcoming episodes will feature All Set in Silver Spring (Jan. 6), Steeze Burger in Gaithersburg (Jan. 13), ZAO Stamina Ramen in Bethesda (Jan. 20), and Z&Z Manoushe Bakery in Rockville (Jan. 27).
Signature Dish has previously featured Cielo Rojo (Takoma Park), Kuya Ja (Rockville area), Frankly Pizza (Kensington), Melina (Pike & Rose), Q By Peter Chang (Bethesda), Mansa Kunda (Takoma Park), and Seoul Food (Takoma Park), Kantutas (Wheaton), and Firepit BBQ food truck.
Tillman says, “I grew up in Chevy Chase MD and live in Silver Spring so it brings me great joy to be able to feature local restaurants in a place that I’ve grown up and lived in for decades.”
