Henry Winkler’s scheduled appearance at Montgomery College’s Robert E. Parilla Performing Arts Center (51 Mannakee St., Rockville) on March 11, 2025, has been canceled. The event was originally set for October 29, 2024.
According to Montgomery College, “this difficult decision was made due to unforeseen scheduling conflicts, compounded by the ongoing challenges presented by the California wildfires, which have impacted Mr. Winkler’s travel arrangements.”
Winkler, best known for his role as “The Fonz” on Happy Days and his Emmy-winning performance in HBO’s Barry, has had a decades-long career as an actor, producer, and director. He is also a New York Times bestselling author, with his memoir, Being Henry: The Fonz…and Beyond.
