The Montgomery County Police Department (MCPD) responded to the 14200 block of Pear Tree Lane in Aspen Hill at approximately 5:47 p.m. on Saturday for a report of a “non-contact” shooting.
According to MCPD, a victim was not shot but sustained minor injuries from broken glass at the scene. The area has been secured, and no suspects are in custody at this time. The investigation remains active and ongoing.
