According to MCPD, “During the course of the investigation, detectives identified Harrington as one of the suspects who stole large amounts of property from CVS Pharmacy, Gap and Target stores in Bethesda between August and December of 2024. Detectives also determined that Harrington continues to commit thefts in neighboring jurisdictions.
In February 2025, detectives obtained an arrest warrant against Harrington, charging him with multiple counts of thefts and related charges.
Detectives are also attempting to identify one of Harrington’s accomplices who is described as a Black female, with red hair, heavy set, in her late teens or early twenties.
