Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – 3rd District Investigative Section are asking for the public’s assistance in locating Dynacee Lavel Manglona, a missing 25-year-old from Rockville.
Manglona was last seen on Thursday, March 13, 2025, at approximately 3:30 p.m., in the 8200 Block of Georgia Ave in Silver Spring. She is 5-feet, 7-inches tall, 125 lbs., and was last seen wearing a pink hoodie, black leggings with a white stripe and black tennis shoes.
