Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Services (MCFRS) responded to a two-vehicle collision at Observation Drive and Seneca Meadows Parkway in Germantown on Wednesday around 4 p.m.
According to Chief Spokesperson for MCFRS Pete Piringer, multiple patients are being evaluated, with EMS units and paramedics assisting at the scene. Some lanes remain blocked.
