Montgomery County Fire & Rescue Services (MCFRS) responded to a brush fire near Brink Road and Wightman Road in Gaithersburg around 3:55 p.m. on Wednesday.
According to MCFRS spokesperson David Pazos, the fire, which spread through dense vegetation and trees, was contained by approximately 45 personnel. No residential homes were affected.
