Amazon Fresh is now open at 12263 Columbia Pike in White Oak Town Center, joining First Watch and Montgomery County’s first Dave’s Hot Chicken in the new shopping center. This is Maryland’s fourth Amazon Fresh Location.
Montgomery County Executive Marc Elrich attended the grand opening event, which included a $10,000 donation from Amazon Fresh to the Capital Area Food Bank.
After pausing store expansion in early 2023, Amazon Fresh resumed openings last year. Locally, the Gaithersburg location at 15790 Shady Grove Rd. opened in August, and the company operates two additional stores in Montgomery County, both in Chevy Chase, at 8531 Chevy Chase Lake Terrace and 5463 Wisconsin Ave. There is an additional Maryland location in Glen Burnie.
