A new small-scale food hall is coming to Downtown Frederick through a partnership between Downtown Frederick Partnership, McClintock Distilling, and The City of Frederick.
According to Downtown Frederick Partnership, the 6,000 sq ft space will feature four food stalls, a McClintock-operated bar, a market stall with local goods, and a community gathering space. Construction will begin in late summer 2025.
“With grant funding from the Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development, this initiative will provide an accessible entry point for early-stage culinary entrepreneurs into Downtown Frederick’s competitive commercial real estate market, expand and diversify business ownership and offerings in the community and revitalize a historic commercial space.”
