Bagels & Grinds at 9812 Falls Road in the Potomac Village shopping center will open on Wednesday, April 2. The New York-style bagel spot will be open 5am-5pm daily and is located in the space that was previously occupied by The Potomac Village Deli.
Bagels & Grinds is owned by Adam and Courtney Greenberg, owners of Potomac Pizza and the Hunter’s Bar and Grill, both of which are also located in Potomac Village. Bagels & Grinds is connected to Potomac Pizza via an open concept, which allows guests to move between the two restaurants. Potomac Pizza has shifted to counter service at lunch with table service in the evening. Bagels & Grinds will also launch an updated menu on Wednesday across all locations.
Similar to its College Park and Hanover locations, Potomac has a New York Water Purification System to replicate the New York water that makes an authentic NY bagel.
