Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – Major Crimes Division are asking for the public’s assistance in locating Monique Nicole Torres, a missing 45-year-old.
Torres was last seen on Friday, February 21, 2025, in the area of the 14800 block of Broschart Road in Rockville. She is 5-feet, 4-inches tall, 110 lbs., with black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a blue furry coat, blue turban, skirt, and black high heels.
