Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – Cold Case and Missing Persons Unit are asking for the public’s assistance in locating Sharareh Nassirin Kelley, a missing 70-year-old from Silver Spring.
Kelley was last seen on Monday, December 23, 2024, in the 1500 block of Forest Glen Road in Silver Spring. She is 5-feet, 7 inches tall, 170 lbs., with brown eyes and brown/grey hair.
