Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Services (MCFRS) responded to a single-vehicle collision on the I-495 Beltway exit ramp to River Road around 6:20pm on Friday.
According to MCFRS Chief Spokesperson Pete Piringer, one adult was pinned in vehicle after driving off the road and into a tree. The patient was transported to a trauma center with Priority 2 injuries.
