Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – Special Victims Investigations Division (SVID) are asking for the public’s assistance in locating Justin Higgs, a missing 14-year-old from Montgomery Village.
Higgs was last seen on Tuesday, May 13, 2025, at approximately 1 p.m., in the 1950c block of Gallatin Court in Montgomery Village. He is 5-feet, 11-inches tall, 220 lbs., with brown eyes and red hair. He was last seen wearing a black hoodie, gray shirt, black Adidas pants and gray New Balance shoes.
