Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – 5th District Investigative Section are asking for the public’s assistance in locating Cecilia Antionette Ashby, a missing 41-year-old.
Ashby was last seen on Saturday, May 17, 2025, at approximately 12 a.m. near the 20700 block of Crystal Hill in Germantown. She is 5-feet, 7-inches tall, 170 lbs., black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a black jacket with white writing on the sleeves, blue new balance shirt with white writing, black shoes and eyeglasses.
