Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – 1st District Investigative Section are asking for the public’s assistance in locating Santos Rivera-Flores, a missing 56-year-old from Rockville.
Rivera-Flores was last seen on Wednesday, May 14, 2025, in the 4900 block of Stickley Road in Rockville. He is 5-feet, 8-inches tall, 190 lbs., with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a red shirt and black/red shorts.
