The 5th Annual Pride Family Day will be held on Sunday, June 1, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Bumper Car Pavilion at Glen Echo Park (7300 MacArthur Blvd). The event is hosted in collaboration with the office of Montgomery County Councilmember Evan Glass.
Families can enjoy a variety of activities including hands-on arts and crafts, face painting, and a puppet meet-and-greet at the Puppet Co. Free tickets will be available (while supplies last) for both carousel rides and entry to the Glen Echo Park Aquarium.
There will also be snacks and drinks, including rainbow cake, and a special backdrop will be set up for a family photo opportunity.
