Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – 3rd District Investigative Section are asking for the public’s assistance in locating Kidus Mulugeta, a missing 21-year-old from Silver Spring. Mulugeta was last seen on Sunday, June 15, 2025, at approximately 8 p.m., in the 8800 block of Manchester Road in Silver Spring. He is 5-feet, 8-inches tall, 180Ibs., with brown eyes, black hair, and was last seen wearing a black North Face hooded sweatshirt with black athletic shorts
He may be driving a red Toyota Camry 4-door sedan with Maryland registration plate: 7GB1393
