Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – 3rd District Investigative Section are asking for the public’s assistance in locating 89-year-old Harry Winfred Sheppard.
Sheppard was last seen on Monday, June 30, 2025, at approximately 3–4 p.m., leaving his home in the 9800 block of Cherry Tree Lane, Silver Spring. He was headed to Foreman Mills in New Carrollton, MD, driving a light blue 2003 Buick LeSabre MD/6CR5275 with the paint peeling. He is 5-feet, 5-inches tall, 90 lbs., with black/grey hair.
