Progress is being made at North Pointe at Flower Hill, a new 16,000-square-foot retail and restaurant center at 18251 Flower Hill Way in Gaithersburg. Located behind Gentleman Jim’s, one of the sister properties to this project and other Flower Hill developments, North Pointe is set to bring an exciting mix of dining and service options to the area.
Last year, we reported that Plaza Mexico, which operates two locations in Frederick, will open a rooftop restaurant and bar as the anchor tenant.
Another early announcement was Tropical Smoothie Cafe, which offers fresh smoothies, flatbreads, wraps, quesadillas, sandwiches, and bowls. With several locations across Montgomery County including Aspen Hill, Bethesda, and Germantown, this location will further expand the brand’s local presence.
PJ’s Coffee of New Orleans will bring its second Montgomery County location to North Pointe, offering a wide range of hot, iced, and frozen coffee beverages made with the top 1% of Arabica beans, as well as organic teas and breakfast pastries.
Inspire Nail Bar & Spa, a popular chain with multiple locations in the DMV, is also planning to open at North Pointe.
The developer anticipates completing the base building construction in the next 30 days. Tropical Smoothie Cafe is expected to be the first business to open, followed by PJ’s Coffee of New Orleans, Inspire Nail Bar & Spa, and Plaza Mexico. We will provide an update when additional tenants are officially announced.
