On Sunday, July 20, from 12–4 PM, Dolcezza Gelato will celebrate its 21st anniversary by giving away free small scoops of its signature Chocotorta flavor at all locations, including its Bethesda Row shop 7111 Bethesda Lane , as a thank-you to the community.
Per Dolcezza: “Dolcezza Gelato is turning 21, and to celebrate, the beloved DC-based gelato and coffee shop is giving away thousands of free scoops on National Ice Cream Day, “Sundae”, July 20.
From 12–4 PM, guests can stop by any of Dolcezza’s six DMV locations for a free small scoop of Chocotorta, one of its most iconic flavors — a rich dulce de leche gelato swirled with chocolate cookie and dulce de leche mousse cake. No purchase necessary. Customers must be in line between 12–4 PM.

This one-day giveaway is Dolcezza’s way of saying thank you to the community for 21 years of sweet support.
