HomMali Thai Dining is set to open at 614 Quince Orchard Road in Gaithersburg, next to Quincy’s in the Quince Orchard Plaza shopping center. The restaurant is expected to open in late August or early September.
Following the success of its sister-location in Virginia, HomMali is expanding to Maryland, bringing its contemporary approach to Thai cuisine. According to its website, the restaurant aims to create “a contemporary Thai dining ideal for lively social gatherings for all ages,” and emphasizes the use of high-quality ingredients—“absolutely with Hommali rice.”
Signature dishes include Yum Rambutan, Thai-Style Beef Tartare, and Grilled Steak Khao Soi, alongside hand-crafted cocktails such as the Thai Chili Mango Margarita and Lemongrass Cucumber Gin Fizz.
