The Learning Experience, an 11,972-square-foot preschool and daycare center, is currently under construction at 9963 Stedwick Road in Montgomery Village. According to Maryland Newsletters, the project is valued at $2.87 million.
The new facility will be located in the Montgomery Village Marketplace, which is adjacent to the Montgomery Village Center. The shopping center is also home to businesses including Curaleaf Cannabis Dispensary, Little Island Kitchen, and Senshi Karate.
According to its website, The Learning Experience provides early childhood education programs for infants through kindergarteners. The curriculum emphasizes hands-on, developmentally appropriate learning led by nurturing staff and incorporates STEM-based concepts to foster exploration, problem-solving, and collaboration.
