Update: Cheickousmane Maiga has been located safe and unharmed.
Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – Special Victims Investigations Division are asking for the public’s assistance in locating Cheickousmane Maiga, a missing 17-year-old.
Maiga was last seen on August 20, 2025 at approximately 3:30p.m. in the 24000 block of Newbury Rd in Gaithersburg. He is 6-feet, 150-160lbs., with black hair, brown eyes and was last seen wearing black sweatpants, a gray shirt, black hat and crocs.
