1:09am UPDATE: The ERT on Mt Ephriam Road has concluded. The barricaded female is in custody.
11:11pm UPDATE: Negotiators are on scene in the 22700 block of Mt. Ephraim Road, where an adult female is barricaded inside a residence. Efforts are underway to resolve the situation peacefully.
The Montgomery County Police Department (MCPD) is on scene of an Emergency Response Team (ERT) operation involving a barricaded adult female inside a residence in Dickerson on Sunday night.
MCPD issued the following incident alert at 10:36pm: “MCPD is on scene of an ERT with a barricaded adult female inside of a residence in the 22700 block of Mt. Ephriam Road. There is no threat to the community. More information will be released as it becomes available.“
