Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Services (MCFRS) responded to the Aldi store on Frederick Road, near Shakespeare Boulevard in Germantown after a vehicle crashed into the building, causing structural damage on Tuesday evening.
According to Chief Spokesperson for MCFRS Pete Piringer, two people were evaluated at the scene, though no serious injuries were reported. A building inspector was requested to assess the damage, and cleanup efforts are underway near the checkout area.
