Update: Jay Turner has been located safe and unharmed.
Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – 5th District Investigative Section are asking for the public’s assistance in locating Jay Turner, a missing 44-year-old.
Turner was last seen on Thursday, September 4, 2025, at 5:30 p.m. in the 19800 block of Observation Drive, Germantown. He is 5-feet, 11-inches, 150 lbs, and was last seen wearing a T-shirt and maroon shorts.
