Colada Shop will close its location at 7993 Tuckerman Lane at Cabin John Village in Potomac on Saturday, September 28.
The café, which opened in April 2021, is known for its Cuban-inspired menu featuring coffee, cocktails, croquetas, empanadas, and other dishes, creating a lively atmosphere that “encouraged food, drinks, and conversation.”
According to Daniella Senior, CEO of Colada Shop, “We are so grateful to the Potomac community for welcoming Colada Shop over the past few years. With the conclusion of our lease, we’ve decided to close this chapter, and our service at this location will officially conclude on September 28. This allows us to focus on exploring exciting new opportunities for Colada Shop in the region—we can’t wait to share more soon about what’s next. In the meantime, we’re thrilled to be preparing for the upcoming opening of our new Colada Shop at Ronald Reagan National Airport (DCA), where travelers from near and far will be able to enjoy our signature Cuban coffee, cocktails, and cuisine. The future is bright, and we’re just getting started.”
