Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Services (MCFRS) responded around 5:30 a.m. to a collision with entrapment on the Inner Loop of I-495 between Georgia Avenue and Connecticut Avenue.
According to Chief Spokesperson for MCFRS Pete Piringer, multiple units, including PE719, A716, T716, RS742B, A741B, and PE707, were dispatched to the scene along with support from state and county agencies.
