UPDATE: The death investigation in the 5900 block of Montrose Road is now being investigated as a homicide. One adult male was located inside of an apartment. Major Crimes is on scene. More information will be released as it becomes available.
The Montgomery County Police Department (MCPD) announced it was conducting a death investigation in North Bethesda on Sunday morning.
MCPD issued the following incident alerts at 9:13am: “At approximately 7:43 a.m., 1D officers responded to the 5900 block of Montrose Road for a death investigation.
The scene is secure. This remains an active and ongoing investigation.”
