Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – 5th District Investigative Section are asking for the public’s assistance in locating Muhammad Muzammil Qadir, a missing 25-year-old.
Qadir was last seen on Sunday, September 21, 2025, on Martins Landing Court in Germantown. He is 5-feet, 7-inches tall, 150 lbs, with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a white button down t-shirt with checkered design, shorts and Addidas slides. He may be carrying a computer bag.
