The 45th annual Pumpkin Festival at Butler’s Orchard, located at 22222 Davis Mill Road in Germantown, is happening now through November 2. The festival offers a wide range of fall activities and entertainment for families and visitors of all ages.
Admission includes entry to Pick Your Own Pumpkins, with pumpkins priced at $0.79 per pound, as well as hayrides, which run until 5:30 p.m. Guests can also enjoy the Hilltop Hop Jump Pads, playgrounds, a hayloft jumping area, and the chance to meet Barnyard Buddies. Other attractions include a twisted corn maze, live music on select days, giant slides, a corn pool, straw maze, spiderweb climb, corn hole games, and pedal tractors.
The festival runs Wednesdays through Fridays from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. and on Saturdays and Sundays from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tickets are available online at Butler’s Orchard’s website.
In addition to the included attractions, some activities require an extra fee. These include the Pumpkin Cannon, available on weekends for $7 per shot or $10 for two shots, as well as pony rides offered September 27 through October 26 from 10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. for $8 and up. Face painting starts at $10, while Mini Diggers rides are $3 for three minutes. Visitors can also pick their own pumpkins for $0.79 per pound.
